This intensive one-day Power SHEA (Electricity) Affiliated Training is designed for professionals working within or accessing sites in the UK electricity sector. It offers a deep dive into the critical safety, health, and environmental considerations specific to electrical work.
Over the course of a day, participants will acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate the unique challenges of the electricity sector safely, ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Successful completion provides a pathway to CSCS-controlled sites.
Who Must Attend?
The Power SHEA scheme is mandatory for individuals who require access to operational electrical sites, including substations, power generation facilities, or those working on the transmission and distribution network. This includes:

Operatives and Supervisors working on electrical distribution networks.

Contractors and Engineers requiring access to utility sites managed by power companies.

Personnel requiring the CSCS Partner Card affiliation to work on construction sites where electrical utility tasks are carried out.
